With our annual holiday dining guide, we provide a list of fabulous places to eat this season along with the various specials being offered for all your holiday celebrations. Indulge in delectable dishes, specialty cocktails, social events and more. Create unforgettable memories with all your loved ones this cozy season and dive into Seven Mile Beach’s finest!

The Avalon Golf Club is offering a variety of specials and seasonal events this holiday season for all your loved ones. As the golf season winds down, the restaurant is open every day and ready to serve you. Enjoy delightful dishes all week but most especially on Sundays to indulge in the “Sunday Night Out” special. For just $29, you and your loved ones can feast on these fantastic entrees of Prime Rib Au Jus, Seafood Noodle Bowl, or Crab Cakes with this special that starts at 4pm. Don’t miss this fantastic deal and head over to the restaurant for more holiday fun!

Bellevue Tavern, a family-friendly and classic dining spot, is ready this season to satisfy your cravings. It is open daily from 11am-11pm; lunch is served from 11am-4:30pm and dinner from 4:30pm to close. In addition to great dishes, the tavern offers a daily happy hour from 3-6pm. Grab your family and dine at Bellevue this season!

ICONA Avalon has a packed schedule of holiday cheer and events for the whole family. Its classic Thanksgiving buffet is a perfect option for those who are too busy to cook or simply love an outing to celebrate the holiday. From 1-5pm, indulge in a traditional turkey feast with all the fixings and classic sides ranging from soups, salads, and vegetables, to sweet potatoes, macaroni and cheese, pumpkin pie, and more. Be sure to reserve your dinner seating online to ensure your spot. Prices are $59 per adult and $19 for children 12 and under. Hotel guests will get a discounted rate. The fun doesn’t end there. New Year’s Eve will be an action-packed night of fun. Ring in 2024 with dinner, an open bar, live music, and dancing. Kick off the evening at 7:30pm with a cocktail hour followed by a three-course surf-and-turf dinner and a five-hour premium open bar until 12:30am along with party favors, ball-drop on the big screen, and more. In addition, indulge in the overnight hotel packages for two guests starting at $678, which includes an overnight stay for two in a classic room, and all the fun events throughout the evening all included in this premium package. Guests must be 21 or older to attend.

Shorebreak Cafe has quite a lineup for all your cravings during the upcoming holidays! It will be open and ready to serve during extended hours for Thanksgiving weekend that include Friday, Nov. 24 (7am-9pm), Saturday, Nov. 25 (7am-9pm), and Sunday, Nov. 26 7am-noon). This Thanksgiving, head over to the café for specialty drinks such as hot chocolate and peppermint mocha, and experience its winter wonderland holiday treats. The specialty menu features frozen s’mores, homemade ice cream Snickers bars, marshmallow snowmen, festive cupcakes, Rice Krispie Treats, cake pops, and so much more. The café is also offering holiday cookie platters with a variety of classic Italian cookies mixed with everyone’s favorite, chocolate chip! These are offered in 2-pound or 4-pound trays, perfect for hosting or a Christmas gift. To top it all off, breakfast with Santa boxes, cookies for Santa kits, and holiday cookie DIY decorating kits. Call ahead and order yours from Thursday-Sunday, 7am-2pm.

Ludlam Bar & Grill is open and ready to serve you with light bites, cozy cocktails, games, and live music. On Nov. 24 and 25, the restaurant is holding its spectacular Winter Village event featuring ice skating, vendors, Santa visits, and live music. Gather your loved ones and don’t miss this event! Ring in the New Year with live music by Matt Quinton from 8pm-midnight with no cover charge. Shoot some pool, grab drinks with friends and ring in 2024 at The Ludlam!

Fred’s Tavern, a local hot spot in Stone Harbor, is open year-round. Whether you are in town for a week or the weekend, stop in and grab a drink from one of your favorite bartenders or have a burger with the family. On those cold winter nights, Fred’s is the perfect place to relax by the brick fireplace while listening to live music. Lunch and dinner are served daily from 11am to 10pm and the bar is open until 2am. Live entertainment is on the calendar every weekend throughout the year.

The lineup for Thanksgiving weekend is tough to beat. Thanksgiving eve is a popular tradition at Fred’s, offering a great opportunity to meet up with friends you don’t see often enough. The restaurant will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but the bar will open Thanksgiving night at 8pm for drinks only.

The 12th annual Ugly Sweater Christmas Party is back as well, date to be announced soon. Dress in your ugliest, silliest, and most festive holiday attire and enjoy a night out with friends. Be sure to snap a few priceless photos in your sweaters, too! There will also be a toy collection for local underprivileged youth.

The restaurant will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day but open daily otherwise. Make your plans for New Year’s Eve now. Come watch the ball drop with all of your closest friends. There will be dinner specials and live entertainment as you ring in 2024 and toast to the New Year.

Concord Café is another exceptional option for dining this Thanksgiving season! From pizza to pasta to salads and burgers, the restaurant has a plethora of delectable options guaranteed to satisfy your cravings for lunch and dinner. If you’re looking for a gift for a loved one, look no further! Concord Café is holding a gift card sale for the holiday season. If you buy a $100 gift card, you’ll get another $20 card guaranteed!

The Café will be open Nov. 11-19, opening at 4pm weekdays and at noon Saturday and Sunday. It will also be open Thanksgiving eve from 4pm and closed on Thanksgiving Day. Concord Café will reopen for the weekend from Nov. 24-26 at 11:30am. Come enjoy savory dishes before the restaurant closes for the season on Nov. 26!

Oar House Pub is open year-round and has a live music lineup to keep you entertained all winter long! It’s All-American menu of burgers, sandwiches, salads, and more is perfect to keep you and your loved ones satisfied.

For Girls Weekend, Nov. 17-19, Oar House has a killer music lineup along with $4 beers, $8 crushes, with special appetizers and sandwich deals. Don’t miss this sweet deal this season and make sure to stop by the restaurant for great dishes.

When your day is going to be filled with the hustle and bustle of holiday shopping, starting off with a good breakfast is a must. Fortunately, we have the best breakfast and lunch spot right here. Uncle Bill’s Pancake House has two convenient locations on Seven Mile Beach with one in Avalon and one in the heart of Stone Harbor. Typically, both locations are open daily year-round from 7am-1pm. The Stone Harbor location will be closing for the season on Nov. 26, so be sure to get your pancake fix! Stop in and try one of its fall and winter seasonal favorites such as pumpkin pancakes, gingerbread pancakes, sweet potato pancakes and more!

Son of a Sailor Seafood is a relative newcomer to the dining scene. While it is closed for the winter, it will be open Thanksgiving weekend with a limited menu. Friday hours are 11am-8:30pm and Saturday hours are 3-8pm. They will also have party trays available for Thanksgiving. The options include shrimp cocktail and crab bites. If you are interested in ordering a party tray, orders must be placed by Nov. 21. Pick-up is available Wednesday, Nov. 22 (3-7pm) and Thursday, Nov. 23 (9am-noon).

The Princeton Bar & Grill is open daily at 11am with all your favorite menu items, drink specials and more. It’s a great place to watch a game and catch up with friends while enjoying lunch and dinner options. The restaurant will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day but will be open on Christmas Eve from 11am-5pm. Ring in 2024 on New Year’s Eve with lunch and dinner at its sister location, Circle Tavern, serving food from 11am-8pm. The Princeton will open at 8pm for all to gather and ring in the new year among friends! Be sure to save the date for the March Madness and Marketplace event, March 7-9, featuring food, drinks, basketball and bargains from your favorite local stores.

The 27th Street Bakery will join the Avalon eatery scene over Thanksgiving week at the site of the former Kohler’s Bakery, 27th & Dune Drive. The bakery will be open 8am-2pm on Wednesday, Nov. 22, and Friday-Sunday, Nov. 24-26. If you would like to place a preorder for any day that weekend, call 609-602-6953. Orders will be accepted through Sunday, Nov. 19. The Thanksgiving weekend menu features cinnamon buns, crumb buns, vanilla cream-filled donuts, sugared raspberry jelly-filled donuts, coconut macaroons, dinner rolls and holiday pies.
