All are welcome to experience this family-friendly festival that will span over three evenings, hosted by Steve Monarque and Laura Carbonell Monarque of Cape May Court House. More than 30 short films, international documentaries and features will be screened in an upstairs viewing area at Bobby Dee’s Rock’n Chair Restaurant with options for all ages. The films included in this festival have been written, directed, and produced by up-and-coming filmmakers from different parts of the country and world.
