Her books include “The Sicilian Inheritance,” “We Are Not Like Them,” and her most recent novel, “Everyone Is Lying to You.” Bring your chairs and your blankets to Surfside Park for an evening with the author, sponsored by the Avalon Free Public Library. Books will be available for purchase at the event. In case of inclement weather, this event will move into Community Hall.
