David Giulian
College of New Jersey
David Giulian, the son of Amy and Karl Giulian, graduated from The College of New Jersey with a degree in History Secondary Education and received the Most Outstanding Student Teacher award. At TCNJ, David was captain of the football team and ended his career with 217 tackles, putting him in the school’s all-time top 10. He was also a member of the wrestling team. Born and raised on 84th Street, David cannot wait to be back on the Avalon Beach Patrol as a lieutenant and rower. He is looking forward to helping ABP win the South Jersey Championship for a third year in a row. Keep David in mind for any high school teaching or coaching positions.
James Vizzard
ST. AUGUSTINE PREP 8TH Grade
James Vizzard is graduating from eighth grade at St. Augustine Preparatory School and will continue his education there as a high school student this fall. An honor roll student, James has challenged himself academically by studying both Arabic and Latin this year in preparation for high school. Outside the classroom, he played on multiple basketball teams and is playing baseball for both the 14U SJ Ospreys and Greater Wildwood Babe Ruth teams. James plans to play both basketball and baseball in high school. This summer, James will also stay busy running his lawn-care business alongside his younger brother, Flynn. James is the son of Jack and Laurie Vizzard of Avalon.
